Blasting
Blasting is the first step in which several 14 meter deep & 3.5 inch in diameter holes are drilled by 2 new Tamrock Drilling (700 & 700-2) Machines over the surface of mountain.
In each blasting process, 3 to 5 tones of explosives is used to extract 40,000 to 50,000 ton of rocks. Blasting is carried out approximately twice a week.

Primary Crushing
Through Dumpers & extracted pieces of rocks are brought to primary crusher called Jaw Crusher. Sand & Second grade (soft) rocks are seperated through screens before crushing. Jaw crusher
crushed the big pieces of rocks into small pieces.

Secondary & Tertiary Crushing
Through conveyer belt, crushed rock pieces are brought for Cone crushers called Secondary crushing. Impact crushers are used to get the desired
sizes of aggregate , mainly 3/8, 3/4 & 1 1/4 inch.

Screening
Through conveyer belts, aggregate pass through several screens. Where mix of diferent sizes (3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and sand) of aggregates and segregated
and stock piled for transportation and sale.
